Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare for Shipping
Carefully repackage the vanity in its original crate or packaging, ensuring all hardware, marble tops, and accessories are securely protected to prevent transit damage.
Schedule Pickup
Once your return is authorized, we will help you coordinate a specialized freight carrier to collect the item from your property.
Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the unit for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
